The BCWD has prepared a watershed management plan or "Overall Plan" to outline their goals and objectives and to define resource management programs. Our plan has been broken down in sections in order to allow for easy downloading. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to download and read these files, and each section may take a few minutes to download due to their large content size.
